A lay flat connector is a component of a drip irrigation system used for the connection of drip tapes to the lay flat hose or the sub main hose.

A lay flat connector is usually screwed tightly to the lay flat hose after a punch tool has been used to punch a hole on the lay flat hose.

Diameter of drip tapes

There are lay flat hose connectors that are of diameters of 12mm, 16mm and 20mm. We stock all these sizes.

The 12mm lay flat hose connector can only connect 12mm diameter drip tape to the lay flat hose. Also, the 16mm lay flat hose connector can only connect 16mm diameter drip tape to a lay flat hose.

Valve

We have basically two types of lay flat connector. The valve lay flat hose connector has a valve that can be used to control the flow of water while the conventional lay flat connector does not have a valve.
